I am aware that most of the gameplay footage was taken with the Friction option on instead of off. I didn't figure out the game was easier with Friction off until after recording most of what I needed.
The standard grey turrets only take one hit to destroy. For some odd reason I said they take two hits when I was recording the voice-over. Weird.
One thing I forgot to mention is that the hit-detection is extremely accurate, which can be a bit annoying at times when it comes to shooting things since the shots can move fast enough to actually skip over smaller enemies, or you can get rotationally trapped when close to walls. That said, I've never been in a situation I couldn't manoeuvre my way out of with enough thrusting and it's even possible to get anti-matter boxes out of the corners with some effort.
